Arrival and Preparation
To maximize your Body Revival experience, we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to settle in, familiarize yourself with our facilities, and begin your journey to relaxation and rejuvenation.
Our Sanctuary of Serenity
In our quest to create a peaceful and tranquil environment for all our guests, we kindly request that you turn off or silence your mobile phones upon entering our space. This helps maintain the serene atmosphere and ensures a relaxing experience for everyone.
Your Health and Comfort
Your well-being is our top priority. Please inform us during your time of reservation and when you arrive at your appointment about any health conditions, allergies, or concerns you may have prior to your treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, and recent injuries. We will tailor your experience to best suit your needs while ensuring your safety and comfort.
Cancellation and Service Adjustment Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your service. Failure to provide this notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. For modifications made less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 fee will apply.
